Phase 4 apartments

Hi

We are getting conflicting reports about Phase 4, please can anyone confirm if work has actually started on the site (we are a buyer) and if so what work has actually been carried out.

We have just returned from Roda & i can confirm that work on phase4 has started which is great to see at last. I have posted photo's for you to have alook at.

We left on the 14th (Tuesday) and can confirm that some concrete has been laid in the phase 4A part of the development. They appear to have started at the roundabout next to 3A and they are slowly moving up through 4A.

Phase 4B has, however, not yet been touched and the weeds are still growing well!

At Roda this week. Work has started at a pace with lots of concrete pouring and visible evidence of progress

Thanks for all that news, we have bought on Phase 4b so hope that they are going to continue through from 4a to 4b all at the same time and not just concentrate on 4a.  If anybody is out there in the near future and they see work starting on 4b please let me know.

Yep, things are defiantly on the move!! The big cranes are towering over the site and there is a lot of movement. With any luck they should have a lot done before the summer break; mind you if it’s anything like last year, quite a few workers were about even in the hottest times. I will take some pics on Thursday and maybe put another video clip on You Tube.

This was 8pm Thursday Night (30th) and there was still a dozen or so guys working.

Thanks for this Mike. It's really comforting to see so much progress in such a short time.

However, it looks as though all the work is going on in Phase 4A. Has there been any progress with the digging/clearing closer to the roundabout by the exit? When we were over at Easter it still had weeds growing.

Nothing going on down the other end, but it looks like a 4th crane will be going up soon so they really are getting a move on.

Hi All,

Had a spare 4 minutes & 42 seconds and took a walk along the phase 4 road-path with video in hand. Progress is good with underground car parks in and building work going on till late. Bit dodgy (like all my videos) but walking, holding camera high and being short doesn’t help..............try and stay awake.
