I think I have tried 4 times now to access this site to no avail. The site recognises my email. May have registered a password @ one time but not accepting it now. Requested new password - no response. Very frustrating as never gained access. Judging by how quiet this site is now I guess that is where it is all going on.

Help and suggestions please.

Carole

I think that the E.O.S. site is probably quiter than usual due to the holidays. As for the Corvera Owners Forum, the title is a bit misleading; It should read Corvera Don't Want to be an Owners Forum and is populated mainly by those wanting to pull out of their contract. If you are of like mind then I suggest you contact Ash or Lisa directly by PM or e-mail and I'm sure they will be able to advise.

Exactly the same tried several times now, emailed Ash with no reply.  I agree very frustrating.  Alsoi find it starnge that those looking not to become owners at corvera have allocated themselves a private area on the corvera owners club forum.

Er.....not very strange, just common sense. Why would someone who does not want to complete and has legal representation want you to know of communication with solicitors and strategy??? If you don't want to get involved with the private forum just don't take part.

Thanks for the reply.  As a previously proven owner and someone who attended the corvera owners meeting and somebody who is willing to complete I am somebody that both legally would be entitled to the forum and wants to take part.  My point is why are those not taking legal action seemingly barred fromt he site or having difficulty getting a password?

look forward to receiving a password.

Icspain,

I can assure you that many of the members of the forum who are not taking legal action have received passwords. In fact when you login and choose your own username you are automatically sent a password by the program. In my experience a small minority have not received passwords - they are the same ones who also insist that they have sent me a number of emails and none are received, the same ones who make simple errors in registering (such as entering the wrong email address at registration), the same ones that cannot follow simple login instructions (such as entering the wrong username) and the same ones whose password is probably in their spam folder. If you haven't received a password you are probably in one of these categories. My records show that in your case you registered 3 weeks and 2 days ago and was authorsised as a bona fide owner 3 weeks 2 days ago.

I hold a full time job and have an academic commitment that takes up a lot of my time. I don't have time to decide who gets and doesn't get passwords. I restrict myself to making sure that I only allow members who are genuine owners as well as vetting legal members for the private section.

BTW there is no legal obligation to entitlement to be part of the forum if you are an owner or have attended a meeting. Many people have given a lot of their personal time at no cost to members to set things up. Furthermore, there is no contractual obligation between members and administrators or a reliance on advertising to run things.

Regards,

Ash

Ash

believe me I think I am past that stage with new technology.  At the moment I am away from the computer I use for that particular email address.  However when I return I will post when emails were sent to you.

Just to say that although you would expect teething problems with a new site I've had no problems at all, it come accross as  very well constructed so thanks and well done to all those who have put the effort in!

Hi all - sorry to have opened a can of worms. Just to say that I emailed Ash, got a prompt reply. Given my password which, yes Ash I did misread  when tried to activate it (my own stupid idiotic fault). Just to say up and running - no complaints.

Happy Easter All.

Ash don't raise to the bait mate; it is appreciated that you are doing this in your own time.

Remember all the efforts Lisa made to be similarly rebuked?
