What are you saying then, what Is andreas under scrutiny for?

We have had some very good work carried out by his men who were spanish, at very reasonable prices.

Be vary careful spreading roumers on public sites.

Hi Foxylady - how come you have only posted this on the Sierra Golf site, and not the others you have mentioned?

just like to say Andreas did some very good work for me and he came back to us time and again to check if everthing was okay any problems he puts right with no hassle. our names are janet and Vic and we are very pleased with him and his work.

Andreas did us a great job at a really good price and we are extremely happy with what he has done.

He calls round when we are in Spain and speaks with us regularly.

Anyone who would like to see an example of his work PM us and this will explain everything.

I would like to thank you all (NOT THAT I AM ANYBODY!) for the tremendous response to this thread, not only in the defence of

Andreas but to quell the rhumour-mongering on the site and to tell people that if you have a problem or want to air something then

do not do this subliminally and be up front and say who you are and state the specifics of your grief and where you got this

information from. 

Even though not all of us want work out here the times are hard for those who do and it is not fair to post accusations without

further evidence and we dont want the site to be the start of a slanging match.

My advice to potential customers is this:

Before buying or having contractors to do work (English or Spanish) is to put a posting on the site asking for a P.M. to/from

previouscustomers supported byphoto's to establish credibility.

Sometime work rivals can post adverse comments via an alernative name (can't spell pseudonym) to dispell credibility.

Just can't do with this tittle tattle

Great idea Nigel.  I've done that before had lots of useful pm's from forum members on SG, full of helpful and accurate information, but NONE slagging off other people.  People like this just try to spread mistrust and suspicion, but with the response from everyone here it's just not gonna happen!!

Hi Nigel. Well said it is hard enough for honest workers who need to work for a living if you have anything done always get at least 2 -3 prices and ask what you will get for you money sometime cheapest is not always the best.

First of all, lets dispell the antics of 'FoxyLady'. most of us know Andreas, and have had work contracted by him, and from my experience, good jobs every time, at very reasonable cost. Actually, 'FoxyLady' sounds, well, you know, "interesting" & perhaps she could 'elaborate' on her forum synonym - it could (should) be good (?)!!

Anyhow, back to basics,  Nigel & Jackie are quite right, forum members could use the site to ask members for pm's on work done, with photos - a great idea!! We had a lot of work done by Andreas, and the results were excellent - would recommend him anytime. We also had quite a lot of garden gravelling work done by 'on site' R & S services ( we thought that we would try to pass on work to the guys onsite), and also by 'Tilerphil', the tiler, and the jobs were brilliant!!! Sorry if this sounds like and advert (Hey Justin, give us a break!!!) but the jobs that we had done by Andreas, Ron & Steve, and especially Phil the Tiler, were great, and if anyone would like some photos of their work, please feel free to PM me.

We also have had work done by both Andreas and Phil the Tiler.The workmanship and results were,on each occasion, very impressive and also very good value for money.Without any doubt we would certainly recommend both guys for any building or tiling work required.

When faced with difficulities Andreas just wrote out cheques in the name of well known Murcian building companies which he wnt on to cash at various local banks

Sources claim that he may have obtained 8 million euros using the names Metrovacesa and a million euros under the name Polaris World 

He printed the cheques using his home computer and got friends to cash them

As I said I have noi idea if this the same guy, my commentsIt surely cannot be that easy

HI INSPECTERHOMESSPAIN I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT ITS NOT THE SAME PERSON AS I SPOKE TO ANDREAS ONLY YESTERDAY AND I CAN SURELY SAY HE DOSNT LOOK A DAY OLDER THAN 35....BUT TO BE HONEST I THINK IT WAS MORE TO DO WITH OTHERS NOT GETTING WORK ON SG THAN THE RUSIAN MAFIA..BUT AS WE DONT HAVE TO PUT OUR PROPER NAMES ON EOS IT MEANS PEOPLE CAN CONTINUE TO TRY CAUSE PROBLEMS WITHOUT HAVING TO PUT THEIR REAL NAME TO IT..............DENNIS
