Hi there, Ive been reading all the threads in this forum for some time. Ive spoken to lots of different people about the problem (some close to ocean view properties) and there seams to be no one anywhere has any idea whats going on or how to deal with the problem. All i know is a lot of lies have been told and someone somewhere knows exactly what there doing, and thats linning some pocket somewhere. Be it someone at Ocean View or a developer or both !. I agree with rory2 the only way we can get a solution is for everyone to get toghther or we stand no chance, even though i think this is a hopeless case. I do know Staffordshire police have had a huge response to this so a lot of people have seen the advice given in earlier threads. The Spanish solicitors i have spoken too dont think its the developers as have had dealings with them before so i'll leave it you to put two and two toghether.
I'll keep reading with intrest and see how many people log an intrest on this site.
