Disrespect

This reply is intended for Linda Needham  .I have promised not to post on Twigits thread so have started this thread to reply to your comments which I find insulting and patronising. You seem to imply only those who actually live in Spain are aware of the situation  regards courts  economics etc  a most ridiculous point of view.

Linda how can you talk about disrepect after the way we have all been treated.  The purpose of any correspondence will be to voice our concerns regards the handling of the process ,  not to disrespect any one. I am very well aware of the situation and bursting point of the Spanish court system but does this inturn mean that we should be denied the chance to  voice our opinions and frustration at the disrespect and disregard that we have been shown before it is too late  . I think not  ! JA

I would like to make a couple of points in Linda's defence.  First, she shows everybody respect on here by giving her real name and not hiding her identity.  Secondly, she was giving her opinion, based on having actually lived in Spain for about 8 years, which surely she is entitled to do?  I have met Linda, and she is not the sort of person to show disrespect to other people.

Let's hope that those who want their houses get them (eventually) and those that want their money back can get it, but please let's not start squabbling again!

Talking of disrespect.........

Its been a pretty quiet and respectfull week all round really...............we have decided to ask some questions of the administration which we feel we are entitled to do........it is being met with, what i would call unfair comments about the method being disrespectfull for some reason.

Looking down here at JA's comments, i have seen far more contentious words from JA, its pretty tame is the comment below.

I am then surprised to hear she has been banned from the forum, just at a time when she is getting something positive going with some like minded individuals on here. 

Im not big on conspiricy theories but i am really amazed at how someone can be banned for saying what they mean to prorect their interests.

I will say now that i might not agree with all JA says, i might not agree with all anyone else says..........lord knows i am aware that people dont agree with all i say.  But i defend anyone saying it in the right manner..........and i dont realy see alot wrong with the reply below, in context with the situation.

It is very strange that the first 3 days we have a real alternative to the do nothing brigade of SARC, someone is banned from the forum for much less than we have got used to.

I think this is out of order and pretty shamefull...............and i warrant there are some sarc interventions going on here.......small minds and small progress.........as the saying goes

Any chance of an explanation please.........?

I must agree with your comments.  Julie Anne has said a lot worse - and I have often commented when that has happened - but so have a lot of other people, without being banned!  Arguments have become heated at times, but many of us have been feeling vulnerable, frustrated or angry, so that is hardly surprising. 

I defended Linda, as she is not the sort of person to be deliberately disrespectful and I wanted to make that clear.  Having said that, I am surprised if Julie Anne has indeed been banned for the comments below, when worse things have been said, although she might have been better advised to send a PM to Linda rather than making statements on a public forum.

Regards to everybody, whether you want your house or your money back.

So how do we know JA has been banned and if so, for what reason?
Has anyone been informed.
If she has been banned, as she has always stated fact and truths and tried to help many, it would reduce this forum to a farce.
Perhaps she should have had a link on the top of the page to a website of her own, then there may not have been a problem, assuming there is.

This week i have collected a lot of personal e mails of people wanting to find out about the letter we are sending, its been kept away from the main forum, because its a serious subject which has been kept to PM's and co-ordinated through my own home e mail account.  

JA sent an e mail earlier on today to say she has been banned, i placed the information here.

I dont want to get all childish about it by doing a 'my dads bigger than your dad' thing.  I just want anyone who wants to know that there is something verry funny going on

Im not that happy about it...........but the forum belongs to EOS, not us..........and if anyone can find out the reasons, maybe they can let us know by a posting?
