Pool in LaRecoleta what happened

Does anybody know why the pool in LaRecoleta, the L shaped one in phase 1 is empty, looks like some cracks were filled in. Wondering what happened and who is responsible for the cost of repairs and filling it again with water,  I imagine it costs a lot to fill this pool with water. Am just back yesterday from Spain. regards Mary

Anyone on site could ask any of the commitee members whats been going on

 Hi Just back from Recoleta and both pools are fully functional now!  Wish it was warm enough to jump in.. next time!
