A "site" for ALL clients of Trampolin ... El Trampolin, TH and Royal Dreams

Since I started placing “posts” a few day ago I have received many positive responses and only two negative ones (both of you know who you are … one from an El Trampolin resident who has paid in full and finds his home beset by embargos … the other from a TH client frightened of rocking the boat). However, one common theme runs throughout … everyone is only interested in their OWN situation and I guess I am no different … I simply either want my money back or my property transferred over to me. However one thing we ALL have in common is the fact that we are either new, existing, old or ex clients of Trampolin (Antonio, Rafael and Ronnie) in one of its three guises. Having said that our  individual standpoints vary from site to site; clients on El Trampolin find that they have either paid in full … or at least most of their money … only to find that Trampolin have taken out huge Mortgages against them FACT … others, like me, find that Trampolin have sold the properties twice and taken double the money from them FACT AND FRAUD. Not only do all these properties have large loans taken out against them but they also have “embargos” placed by a legion of unpaid creditors. At the other end of the spectrum you have Trampolin Hills and Royal Dreams where we people have simply paid deposits and are basically “living in hope” … I don’t blame ANY OF YOU for that since I would do exactly the same thing. I guess everyone … regardless of the development … hopes that they get “planning approval” at TH since although they will attempt to say that this is a different company in reality it is not and those with losses on El Trampolin will simply seek embargos on YOUR properties at TH. However all of us should “get real” … given the current state of the World economy and Banking as a whole which bank will possibly advance the sort of sums of money required to develop this site … for sure I cannot believe that CAM Bank will!

The bottom line is that regardless of the development each of us represents we should all stand united and STOP these three characters repeating their previous crimes. Remember, if you will, that they are relying upon money released from the TH development to clean up their debts at El Trampolin. Maybe it is not too late for these three “leopards” to change their spots … live within their means and to stop stealing money from their clients. In my case they owe me EITHER my property (Plot 82) or +-€250K … now that is a great deal of money! There are many others in a similar situation so let’s all stop sniping at each other … stop the childish retorts and stand united together. They have offered my lawyers a solution to MY problem … let’s now see if they honour it but DON’T HOLD YOUR BREATH!

We are the purchasers who Andrew refered to in his earlier message.Over 4 years ago we put down our hard earned cash as a deposit on our dream home in the sun on phase 2 El Trampolin.We are now having to go through the courts with civil fraud proceedings because these crooks decided to sell our property early last year to another purchaser.This was because as the Spanish legal system advises,we refused to complete the purchase until the property had a Habitation License or as some call it a License of First Occupation.

We had a mortgage offer from a major Spanish bank in place having paid for a valuation,but they would not issue the mortgage until this license was in place.We kept Trampolin fully informed but their course of action was non stop threats,trying to get us to use their own recommended mortgage company,putting the house up for sale and finaly selling the proprty to others.The first we knew the house was occupied was when we paid a visit to site whilst on holiday(what a nice suprise !).

Our Spanish dream has been shattered and 4 years wasted,all that we are left with is a resolute determination to make these rogues pay through both the Civil and Criminal Court if necessary.And eventualy to bring it to the attention of the media.

What Andrew,ourselves and doubtless many more to come are telling you is the truth.

We wish you all luck we wouldn't want anyone to have to go through the emotional roller coaster we have had to endure.

The meeting for the approval of the project was favourable and the projects modifications have been approved by the council of Campos del Rio.

Now for the final approval the communidad autonomo in Murcia will be sent this favourable report by the council of Campos del Rio inorder for them to confirm the final approval of the project.

The meeting for the approval of the project was favourable and the projects modifications have been approved by the council of Campos del Rio.

Latest correct Confirmation is that we have achieved a great step forward and we are now only awaiting the final stamp from the communidad autonomo. Please ignore last mails inregards to this .

The confirmed information is that today we have recieved the favourable aproval from the council of campos del Rio and they now send this report  to the communidad autonomo for the final stamping of the project.

This of course is great news ... does it mean you can now pay back the Mortgages on Phase 2 at El Trampolin and those to whom you owe money like Mr S and myself?
