Does this include Oasis site in Tabernas?

As far as I am aware, Huma Mediterraneo have lodged this new site under a new company name, Huma Indalo.

Does this make this new company untouchable, according to Spanish law, if indeed the bankruptcy rumour is true.

I have been banging on about issuing denuncias, in order to freeze Subiela's accounts......for over a year now.

This man is surely not going to just walk away from this and continue to sucker people under a new identity?

I asked my lawyer over 12 months ago about this, he said as both companies had the same prinicples (directors) then embargos could also be placed on Huma Indalo assetts if required.

Thanks for that Mark.....my lawyer said a similar thing, but funnily enough, I don't really trust anyone anymore

We changed lawyers from Aldea in Nov 2007.

Our new lawyer cashed in our bank guarantee for our first payment in 5 weeks. He also handled our apartment purchase in Vera Playa in july 08 and actually got us approx 1000 euros in fees back from the banks solicitors as they had overcharged us.

I too had trust issues but now think he has proved himself.
