Not having been at my property at SG in 5 months just wondered how things are progressing? How would people rate the golf courseand any sign of the second 9 being built. How far will the site have come in the summer. Will the pool be open and will there be a shop or resturant. Will the estate be half full?

Will I win the lottery, when will I be famous, and many more questions that will never be answered by Masa or Atlas. It seems if you want any info on this site ask the residents who are always willing to oblige, shame the above mentioned can`t be bothered. We are totally fed up with the situation and will be pulling out very shortly when we get a solicitors advice. Good luck to all on site We hope it gets finished for you to enjoy.

No doubt you will be getting replies from those permantly on site, but we were there over Christmas for a week.  My husband had a game of golf and thought the course was pretty good.  No sign of the next 9 holes though.

Building work has come to a standstill because there are so many houses already built but unsold.  There seem to be about 60 people living there at the moment, but more at holiday times.

Swimming pool is built, but no sign of opening, but this may change in the summer.

Apparently there's someone interested in opening a bar, but obviously with only 60 permanent residents, it wouldn't be worth his while.

Hi Jimmy

The Golf course is great and there is a gang of guys working on it most days they are putting the buggy track in at the moment and just finishing of the handrails on the three bridges, it's still only 9 holes and will only be 9 for at least a year. Although the bunkers are in place on the back 9 hole no more work is going on the back 9.

As I said it's a great 9 hole's and for 12 euro's, there are some challenging holes and large bunker's on the course and water on 7 hole's so not so easy but very good to play, we have 32 SGS members and the Friday Frolic is a great laugh.

They have started work on the Bar and working on it most days not sure about the restaurant upstairs but the workman have been up there. It's at the end of M14. Not sure when it's going to open we heard April.

Not sure about the pool on M11.

They have moved the Masa Sales office next to the golf office.(near the driving range)

Hope this helps.

Tony
