Do we buy furniture in UK or Spain

We will be moving into our new apartment in Phase2 soon and just wondered how many people have brought furniture over from the UK rather than buying in Spain. Is there any advantage now the £ is so weak.

I shipped all my furniture from the UK for 1000 quid door to door (took 4 weeks). I thought that a lot of furniture packs in Spain were poor quality and included things you didnt want or need and individual furniture pieces in Spain are very nice but hellish expensive. We very nicely kitted out our 2 bed apartment for 4k in the UK plus 1k transport then just picked up a few odds and sods around Murcia.

Idea...Ikea 30mins up the road in Murcia...buy the lot there - rent a van from the airport - couple of trips, job done...
