Well what a laugh last weeks Bandit turned up for this weeks F/F in a mask nice one Mate.

There was 11 turn up for this weeks F/F  so we had 2 four balls and a 3 ball

There were 5 prizes up for grabs this week best pair, best threesome, birdie, and two lowest scores. Well done to all winners.

There were two new members who signed up and played this week that was Bobby 55 and Alan Gibbs making the Sierra Golf Society membership total 24 so far.

So there is a new Bandit for this week as the mask was handed over to Phil.

Please can we have all the SGS membership forms returned so we can start to get the golf shirts done.

All results in this weeks Sierra News Letter.

Many Thanks

Tony

Hi Tony,

How about starting a school for learners! I for one would join and I guess many others would come forward.

An hourly charge for your time and expert knowledge could be arranged. What do you think!!

The Fromies.

Great idea - but Tony, will you have the patience for the no-hopers like me!!

Still want to be a member though - I've read on another forum that people from the La Tercia golf course are coming to play on SG because it's so much cheaper and also because it's a really nice place to be.   So, can we beginners join SGS too please, even if we have to stay on the driving range!

Out of interest - when and why did Masa call the course St Just - I thought it was Sierra Golf?? Anyone know?

Hi Jane/Fromies

Anyone can join, beginners and all. You can get the SGS membership forms from Myself and I will also leave some over the Office from Wednesday.

I'm more than willing to go down to the driving range with you and show you the basics, as far as lessons I need lessons myself.

I'm sure you won't  be on the driving range for long, before your out on the golf course.

I was told that there's about 12/15 come form Villa Martin 3 times aweek to play on S/G.

Regards

Tony

Hi Den

With all this practice, when you do come and join the F/F (and you should have by now) and win you know you will have to wear the Bandits Mask. It's been in good hands.

Come on down next Friday it's a Frolic.

Tony
