Hi there, sorry to hear your friends came unstuck with amber, what did they do for them?  This seems strange as as you can see llamacalmer was very pleased with the work they had done.    We are thinking of a pool and some terrace work, is there anyone else you could recommend?  If you would prefer to email me privately with the problems your friends had I fully understand.   Many thanks.

H Jane

I agree with foxy lady get more than one quote for everything and be sure what's included for the hard earned money you are about to spend.  Don't be forced into snap decisions the like of which you wouldn't agree to in the UK..

Other than that enjoy your first visit as owners but don't expect to stay in your own house straightaway in case there are any snagging problems or issues with services( your really want to avoid stress to enjoy your shopping trips for all your bits and pieces).  There are a number of houses to let at reasonable rates on the site (PM me for details), most of which are available at a daily or weekly rate according to your needs.

We are on M54 call in and introduce yourself the natives are friendly and don't bite!

Regards

June
