Just arrived here for a few days to find Milly and Claude have closed down Happy Days, the Laundry has gone, and it is like a ghost town. We were looking forward to New Years Eve and have tickets for Happy Days!
A couple of questions for anyone who may be experiencing the same problems. We have alot of damp which has appeared in the house and also the most worrying of all is that two cracks have appeared, one at the front of the house and one at the back. The cracks are both outside and inside! The gate (electric) stopped working in the Spring (we have had many people out to it but still not working). The swimming pool has lost approx 200 -250 tiles and they are falling off at a rate of 6 per week. Trampolin have promised to come and do it and implied there is no urgency as we are not using it at the moment! Do we go for the escrfitura then fight for the work or do we refuse to pay the rest of the monies until the work is done? Anyone else in this position?
I paid my 200 euros in November, can you tell me do we have to pay again now, I would hate to have no electricity over Christmas.
