looking for a semi-long term rental house

Hello Homeowners,

For a client I am looking for long-term rental for 9 months a year. This is not for the months june, july and august. So you could rent out or use your property yourselves during this period.

We have and eagle on M20, it is near the shop & pool area, it is fully furnished and secured by grills, it has a side garden as it is an end plot. The house is ready for immediate use.
