Article in 'The Costa Calida Informer'

After speaking to our Lawyer here in Spain who says ' wait and see what happens' re the last meeting , AGAIN, and patience is running out !!Reading an  article in the ' Costa Calida Informer'' which makes a lot more sense than some of the translations we have read, well even if Antonio gets his act together and gets all the[minor] problems in his paperwork sorted out, and gets his final planning permissions, how does this leave his buyers??? Contracts have run out and no new contracts offered, , at least not to us. We have also a signed,statement by his Lawyer, Pilar Cano, that one of our 3 options is [ NO was] to have our deposit returned .  signed 22 Abril [April] 2008!!NOT when our Lawyer telephoned her to take this option up!!!i To not to be honoured [doesn't give us any faith that the other 2 would be honoured let alone anything else!!]I                                  Would like to know also where the rumour , which Antonio Martinez has denied ,that Euro4million has been cashed in by prospective buyers!!! NO CHANCE!

My thoughts are that Spain needs to get in line with Europe when it comes to selling property!!! Trampolin Hills [or Antonio Martinez] have sold properties they haven't got the right to sell as they haven't got final planning permission, so being fraudalent!! Selling something you don't own is FRAUD!!! It doesn't  wash they 'all do it'!!! Sorry, in the UK it wouldn't happen, and if we are all in the EU shouldn't happen anywhere here there or ANYWHERE!!!

If Antonio takes Campos del Rio Concil too court [for Euro43million]as mentioned ] and wins is he going to give his clients purchasing properties on the Trampolin Hills site at Campos del Rio a share!!! I don't think so!!!!! Maybe another top of the range Mercedes or a few more 4 wheel drive Porches, or maybe a few more BMW reps cars! for Grupo Trampolin!!!Seen at their HO site address being;Contra El Garruchal Km13, Valle del Solle 30590, Gea y Truyois, [Murcia] many times earlier on this year!! I wonder if they still have them!!! Must go and have a look, we are only around 30 minutes drive!!!Sorry WILL check!!

Sorry again!! May sound catty but that is fact!!! We have seen at least 4 4wheel drive Porches, 2 top of the range Mercedes and numerous BMW [possibly] reps cars!!! Parked up at Gea y Truyois and seen Antonio getting into one of the very nice top of the range Mercs!!
