Has anyone else had to pay for the electric meter. I got a shock when we got a bill for 150 euros the girl in the sales office said it was for the meter. It must be like a bond if you don't pay your bill

Hi, we paid a charge to the builder for the initial electicity connection, and then another 150.25 euros to Iberdrola , we were told that this was to pay for re connection from the builder to Iberdrola.
