Gizzmo, don't think you are going to get an answer.

I think you may find that solicitors do not necessarily monitor EOS regularly like us.

I suggest you ring direct. M Davies is approachable - my neighbour has used him on another development and was happy with him. I have talked to him in the past - but I have not used him.
