Hello everyone,
I have a property in las palmas and my tenants did not pay the rent for 8 months. My bank has now sued me but a date is not set yet for the court hearing. I have now got enough money to pay for all missed payments including interest but the director of my bank refuses to take the money unless I add 5.000 euros of legal fees to it.
Is possible to pay for legal fees if the hearing did not take place?
Can anyone advice, please.
