Tony, we all know that you always answer questions asked and as you are busier than everybody else, you may not have had time to respond to the questions asked, so here they area again.
Were your good deeds on a voluntary basis or was it all part of what we as tax payers, pay you to do (as an employee of the NHS)?
What the hell is being called "Mr" to do with anything?
Next you will be saying that some in the NHS should be referred to as Doctor.
For God's sake, it is a job. If you are a nurse, what is special about that, over and above any other job?
What has it to do with letting a developer take your money and not come up with the goods.

Come on Tones, we all know you have been busy (youl told us so. We know your time is of great value (you tell us how important your job is).
But a one line reply would suffice.

Dear Small minded FIN,
Tony's trip to Belfast was to give support to the members there who are just going through the Agenda for Change which is part of the health service reforms that we in England went through 4 years ago approx. It was done in his own time with no funding from NHS. It is part of the responsibility we take on in a voluntary basis as being members of our professional body executive Council. No tax payers money used no money from NHS just the oposite we use our own money with a small suppliment from society. perhaps you could ask Anna M Or JA for verification of what professional bodies with in the health service or even Google it.

Hi Brianmags
You say there was no assistance given to Tony by the NHS. Out of interest was there assistance given by any other organisation ?

Tones obviously too busy, so has to have a lap-dog/runner to answer on his behalf?
"with a small suppliment" - Much like the comment Government Ministers have used when explaining donations?.

Must say as I have said before, I would much prefer if no mention to NHS or professional bodies were mentioned in connection to any of this .It really is very un professional and it surprises me that others think it is OK .Within my professional code of conduct it most certainly is not and I would prefer not to be drawn in to this argument for reasons of professionalism JA

I completely agree with you, when Tony brings up the NHS i think its ok to criticise that or question it, but im not happy to discuss a completely different subject on here without good cause.
Also, when we talk about a pregnant woman being 3 weeks from delivering or due, and looking to her for the information of such magnitude and importance as re-financing a near bankrupt company..............i wonder about the cowards hiding behind her who allow her to carry on in this way.
I wonder about the methods of the people who should have insisted in having a replacement spokesperson for her, in the meetings and Q and A sessions.
Add that to the person being in the NHS in a critical care system, i wonder whats going on here, im puzzled.
A doctor friend of mine i play golf with said the other day, he didnt think it was even common sense to expect this lady to be fully functioning in business with such an event taking precendece in her life.
Any comments?
