My lawyers have: Power of Attorney.
1 All original documents are with the Court.
2 They have filed a summons in court against Masdevallia & the Bank - awaiting court hearing.
3 They have actioned the recent letter we all received, informing us formally of Masdevallia’s Bankrupcy.
4 They have taken out a summons against C.C.M. Bank in regards to the Bank Gaurantees.
In respect to the latter, I was advised this needed to be done before the expiry date and although my lawyer is anticipating the bank will refuse, he feels at least this has gone through the due process and we then wait for 2 to take place.
I don't know if this information is of any use to anyone else, I feel thanks to my lawyer I now have a clear plan of action and I know whats happening. What I don't know is the outcome...yet! However like some of you I cannot stand by and do nothing, it's not an option.
