Hi eddie, we too have been looking on garrucha.net ,that has been the only way for us to try and find out what is going on but that seems to have dried up now . Even the locals in Garrucha can't get any answers.Went over in May our lawyer wanted us to take him to court but can't afford to throw any more money away.Have spoken to a few people who have done that and still have not got any money back yet.Have tried emailing and phoning ingofersa but have not had any replies. This seems to be happening all over Spain when you read other forums . It is really poor how we have had no contact from any one for about 12 months now. To be honest can't see these houses ever being built but all we can do is live in hope. If you have any ideas or news please keep in touch . Regards Alan
