snagging

We completed on 1st of August And was told by the sales advisor at the notary that  one of our bathroom doors was damaged but she had got the builder to put a temporary door on . This was no big problem as long as it was replaced before our next visit 20th september ,some 7weeks later.Suprise Suprise, when we arrived the door wasn't replaced, it had gone .Having brought my elderly inlaws with us I wasn't best pleased.After some strong words in the sales office the builder was contacted and arrived on Monday morning assuring this and all other snagging would be complete by our next visit at end of October fingers crossed.All be aware the sales girl was quite adamant the builder will only accept one snagging list
It would appear that Spanish housebuilders are no different to British builders.

We are still waiting for them to fix the light on the balconly and replace a bathroom door handle. When I emailed the office on site they were a bit shirty and she says she has emailed the builder, and thats it,  she wont check.  I will have to go in again when i get there in October. They tried to say the electrician had checked  the light and it was the light fitting that was faulty ( i had it re- checked by Arca who put it in ). they also said they had replaced the handle, so i took a picture to show they hadn't. Thank god they fixed the hob on my cooker as the first time i went they hadn't. 
They still need to sell some more of the apartments and it wouldnt looked good if they were showing someone round and we bad mouthed them would they.  My sister and her husband are coming with us in October and I was going to get them to look at an apartment but I am not so sure now.
Having said that we are happy with the rest of the apartment except their is a door hanging off the entrence to to roof lift which I told them about.
I hope they have put the heating back on the pool.
