driving from uk to spain

 I for one, never, never,, never,,, want to complete, on an appartment in El Zoco, the place is falling down a mountain, the builder or someone has tried to prop it up, but even that is falling/slipping, tell me truthfully would you feel save sleeping at night?? I would love my money back, but I doubt if that will ever happen, I have an independent solicitor, but I'm not sure that is doing me anything, but costing me more money. I haven't lost as much as some (my feelings go out to you), I just want P.P to be honest (some hope) and give us what we should have OUR MONEY ? Every time I go over, I visit El Zoco, even the mice are leaving its that dangerous. Its built on protected land, should never have been granted a licence, but we still can't get our money back? The Law, I'm, sure they make it up as they go along??????????? Is's certainly not there to protect the customer?

Hi Rhones, not seen you on the m/b before but have a look at all the other postings on this and the las alpujarras m/b. Re. PP yes we've all made our criticisms and some of us have made them quite loudly and sought legal advice. Rightly or wrongly PP are a promoter, all our contracts were with PTX the builder. This is the guy that has p'eed off with everyone's money.

However see PP's website they are desperately trying to help people from problem developments such as El Zoco. They are offering to transfer deposits. Speak to them, it really is worth it. We've been in touch with them, met them and now found 
an alternative development. 

El Zoco? I was confident that one day it would be finished but I now believe it won't be. As well as PTX owing money to Spanish Tax and suppliers (it is understood Phase 6 is embargoed by a court order raised by a supplier to PTX). The Mecina Town Hall are chasing him for uncompleted civil work including damage to road to Golco. Spanish building is in crisis, can't see any bank lending to complete the site.

 i wonder if there is anyone out there who can help me.  i am new to this formum.  I too have lost my deposit  of £l6,000 with the El Zocco development.    PP never return my calls and am at a loss as to how i can get my deposit back
