With regards to the bankers guarantee. With the completion being so close now there will not be enough time to get Polaris to issue this as the guarantees must be returned to the builder on the day of signing. The reason that these guarantees are not always provided is that the builder must apply to the bank and wait for the bank to issue and send the guarantees to them which can be a lengthy process.
SO DOES ANYONE KNOW OR MARIA DE CASTRO IF IT IS NECESSARY NOW THE PROPERTY IS BUILT.
