Has anyone got anymore info on the case that went to court ref: posting by BACKANDFORTH? If so I would welcome you contacting me, I did contact B&F. he said he was about to go on holiday and I have not heard anything further from him!

I am on phase 1 and completed, but still horified at the state of affairs there, the place is quite simply an abondoned construction site that is in a terrible state.

Any info or update would be much appreciated, however I am not optimistic in the short term.

Marvin, I have posted at length on another thread as I have just returned from a holiday at the resort; anything I know will be found there. Zero and a few other posters have been asking for the email address of the plaintiff that successfully had his contract cancelled in court. This is the only information that I have given out privately to people. Best regards, Backandforth.
