Hairdresser or Beautician required

We bought off plan in Sept 04 on Phase 4 Block 11 and been told that the habitation licences were being applied for by the end of May 08. Does anyone have any news as to whether this has actually happened and when handover of keys is likely to be.

Hi Susan,

We live here permanently in Phase 4 Block 3, and lived in a rental in Phase 3 for 10 months prior to completing in mid March. We would guess that the habitation licence has been applied for ,as it looks as if the architects have signed off Blocks 9, 10 and 11. The habitation licence takes between 8 and 13 weeks to come through. The licence for Blocks 1,2&3 was issued on the 28th December, however the first completion was not until mid February. To date only 20 or so completions have taken place in these three Blocks.

This may not be what you wish to hear, however ,on a more positive note, a lot of care and attention has been put into these Blocks by the present builders and I'm sure that you will be getting a good deal as a result of that.

Thanks for that information, it does sound promising but hard to believe after all this time.  You would think that our Solicitors would be advised by the developer when the Habitation Licenses had been applied for at least then we would know things are moving forward. Thanks also for the tip on the AG Website will check it out. Any firm information regarding completion dates from purchasers on Phase 4 Block 11 would be gratefully received.

We are buying in Phase 4 Block 11 and requested details from the Sales office regarding completion dates etc.  Last week I received an e-mail back from Nuria and this is what reply I received.

Quote..
" Regarding your enquiry about completion date for Blocks 9,10 and 11 of Phase IV.  I inform you we have already received the Final Construction Certificate from the Construction Co. Sacyr. I have been informed by our Technical Department that it is the next end of August the estimated date where we will be granted the First Occupation License." Unquote.

We are going out to Spain on Sunday and have an appointment on Wednesday 25th  to look at an apartment the same as ours to measure up. We cannot look at our apartment until the licence is granted, or so they tell us.

We let you know any information we find out when we return on 1st July.
