electricity pylons

they want to put a huge electricity pylon on my land . will it devalue my land ?how much? what compensation should I ask for? So i have to think of the heath threat? please tell me.

electricity pylond

they phoned to say i have to have a pylon on my land . i own the land .what do i have to consider . there's the health issue the loss of use of the land ,will it hinder the use if my land in the future?? so many questions. what compensation will i get? will it devalue my house and land. will it give me cancer . Can i say NO. it causing so much anguiss.what do i ask or do??

First of all (you don't state your name), try not to panic. I don't know who "they" are. Is it the electricity supply company? If so they must state in writing any plans they might have. Phoning you is not enough. Do you have the phone number and name of the company/person who phoned you?
Next step is consult a lawyer, and s/he will want to see the communiqué in writing from the company which called you. The lawyer will be able to answer the questions you are asking. If you do not want to have a pylon on your land I am sure there is an appeal procedure.

the spanish elect will offer you only a small amount!1 euro a mtre for the line and about 500 for the post if it is 100 feet. where are you -if posible please comtact me i have the same problem.
