PROPERTY HOLIDAY SWAPS

Hi. I'm thinking of offering my property in the UK for short-term holiday swap with anyone living in Spain, interested in returning to the UK for holidays or short term visits, possibly 2-3 weeks.
Has anyone any advice on how I can set this up or know of anyone (possibly agencies who can oversee) who may be interested. I'm living on the Lancs./West Yorks. border.

I'm in a relationship with Kate, were both xx years of age and love the Spanish Costas. The reason I've set uop this blog, is mainly to try & spend more time out therein Spain, without the hassle of booking accommodation that isn't always what it says on the label. I have heard of people swapping their homes with others in different countries, for the purpose of holidaying and thought I'd 'test the water' before committing.
