ETA agrees to disband on condition its prisoners and exiles are 'brought home'

BASQUE terrorist organisation ETA has offered a 'definitive end to all armed confrontation' in exchange for a 'full agreement' covering members in prison and exiled. The separatist cell, which has been causing destruction in Spain and southern France since the 1970s, says the French and Spanish governments know the exact details of their 'willingness and commitment'.
