Ten regions on alert for high winds, heavy rain and snow

Andalusia, the Canaries, Cantabria, Catalonia, the Valencian Community, Galicia, the Balearics, the Basque Country, Asturias and Murcia are all on alert for heavy rain, strong winds or snow, warns AEMET, the Spanish meteorological office.
