A great addition to this area of Spain, which will be great for tourism and bring employment to the Costa Blanca, Costa Calida and Murcia region.
The new airport Corvera opens next year and is only 10 mins from the Theme Park.
Also adding to this area is the new Shopping Centre ZENIA BOULEVARD on the Orihuela Costa next to the motorway in Playa Flamenca area, this is due to open November of next year
2012 in this area of Spain is going to be the Place for Holiday makers and for many years to come.

Nice video Justin,
A tale of two halves.. some cgi made locally at the front end and at the backend something put together by the big boys themselves.

I love the front end bit - where the array of large flags are blowing in the quite strong breeze - to lift them - yet not a tree or blade of anything else has a flutter on...

I still think it's the way to sell property / land / development projects so here here and bravo!

Mmmmm..... I'm not so enthusiastic about this theme park, as it is going to be literally right next door to our house. At the moment we have a beautiful scenery all around, with peace and tranquility. We didn't buy to be next door to a fun fair. Although I realise it will be good for the county, I wish it was somewhere else.

My place is on the Costa Calida and the Theme Park is about fourty minutes drive away. The Zenia Boulevard at Orihuela Costa is a convenient drive and so I have two more places to put on my attractions list for my visitors.

Okay, yes I have a vested interest (I sell property in Spain) but surely only the most doubting of Doubting Thomases can think that the Paramount Theme Park, the high speed rail link and the new airport, is anything other than an absolutely , 100% welcome boost to the local economy. To call "a shot in the arm" is a massive understatement, to the NIMBY gentleman who lives next door, I do not think he will be quite so unhappy when in the fullness of time, he will be able to sell his house, for considerably more than he paid for it, (assuming he bought it when the price was right) and the buy elsewhere with a stunning view and equally quite location and bank the rest. No doubt in my mind, we have been waiting for some good news for ages, here it is, just watch the "smart money" move in, before the prices rise. Work it out, Climate, good location, jobs, (repeat jobs) and currently low prices. Hardly Rocket Science is it ? Oh, did I mention jobs ?
