SPAIN is finally out of recession – even though the financial crisis continues.

Estimated figures from the Bank of Spain say the country's GDP grew by 0.1 per cent over the summer months.

But it remains at 1.2 per cent below figures for the same period in 2012.

It seems, though the economic crisis is still continuing it is important that the recession comes to an end. This fact is due to foreign visitors who come for sightseeing or to live a while, and buy their homes here. Spain, after the crisis, the country became an attractive destination for traveling and shopping.

What a laugh. This is a rounding error ie statistical fudge, con call it what you like. I suspect it was just the chips and no bag.

No doubt the Arcano consultancy is a spoof outfit making "arcane" comments such as an export power house. How much did the PP pay them to say that I wonder.

If Spain is so much in the mire economically, how come you can have rubbish collected from your streets every night, while here in England the collection has now been reduced to once every two weeks?
