PROPERTY CRASH IN SPAIN.
The problems with the property market in Spain started before the reccession.Bad press in the UK over crooked Majors, construction companies, estate agents and solicitors poisoned many Brits from coming to live in Spain.I would imagine that other European countries such as Germany,Holland etc have also had lots of bad press for the same reason. The result of this fueled the construction crash. The jobs lost through other Europeans not moving here and spending their income from their home countries had a disasterous effect on the Spanish economy! Its past time where the Spanish government should impliment laws to correct the bad publicity and get other europeans coming here to buy and spend their money.Until they admit the fraud that was going on and correct things people will shy away from coming here to live.
