Living with the Presidente.

Well, as expected, El Presidente has heard nada ( NOTHING ) from our builders.

OK, El Presidente has to return to the Town Hall on Wednesday to see if Rosa who is Chief Engineer, has any more information regarding our flooding.

BUT...............what if it p***** down before then?

SOOOOOOOOO.......El Presidente has had a wall built across the top of the exit ramp....NB.....this does NOT affect the emergency vehicle's access.

ALSO El Presidente and Moi spent friday with the opposition councillor ( also called Rosa ) and her dynamic right hand person. What they have come up with is.......if there is no solution to our flooding problem from tjhe Town Hall on Wednesday............a press conference will be set up in Orihuela which will include TV and Newspapers ( Spanish ) and questions will be asked in the council meetings too. El Presidente has to read all our complaints out to them in Spanish ( thank goodness for the Council's free Spanish lessons ! )
