Online system for Neighbourhood communities in Spain!

If you are a property owner in Spain, and often travel of even spend most of the year outside of Spain, it may be useful for you to know about online tools for the Community of Homeowners
In Spain, the usual way to resolve any adminstration or issues is by holding a meeting in the entrance hall of the building
In 2011 surely we can do better than that!
