Quince, Pomegranates & Chirimoya

Autumn is a wonderful season in Spain for fruit.

Of course we have our old English favourites, beautiful Decano Pears, juicy yellow and deep purple plums, but in Andalusia in Autumn some other local fruits come onto the scene.  Do you know what to do with them?
