This saying talks about the Luis XIV´s private Cardinal, who recibed in audience to a pauper   only under condition of that he set out his reasons in "two words",  the petitioner, in front of the Cardinal, said this one:  "Hunger, cold...." and the Cardinal looke at one of his assistants and answered this one "Foods, clothes...".The audience finished.
