Court wipes out mortgage debt

MURCIA HOME owners have won a key victory after developers secretly raised millions of Euros in cash against their properties with shamed CAM Bank.
In a civil case, a judge has ordered the so-called ‘builder’s mortgages’ be “nullified” ending years of misery and uncertainty for residents who bought villas at Trampolin Solera, near Murcia, off plan and in good faith.
The land registry has been ordered to remove the charges against more than 20 properties from official records.
