Health Visitor in Spain

Interested in family concerns, with child protection, and fact that an uk social worker is in Spain working. I am Health visitor and school nurse in Marbella area, and have been looking for connections to the local public sector. This unfortunately sounds like many stories, of english women caught in domestic violence situations, and usually the civil guardia, are quite on the ball, if it is an english assailant. I'm interested to hear their reaction with a spanish resident involved.
