The best french bistro outside France........noisy, manic, and tables too close.......but it works. Traditional french dishes and many. I have never had a better onion soup or boeuf bourginoun, and the pot au chocolat was to die for. My wife had a delicicious fish stew and frogs legs to start. Staff were welcoming and proffesion and very New York ish in a nice way. Not cheap at $200 without alcohol but a must experience when in New York
