Have a very nice villa for long term rental but not in Alicante or Murcia.
However it would meet all your requirements and we accept pets.

I have a 3 double bed 2 bath villa with pool and a very private garden for long term rent. It is 20 minuts from san Javier airport and 15 minutes from murcia city. Located in the Valle del sol area. Peaceful between the orange groves and open farm land , ideal for dogs but only 10mins to local villages.A safe community with bar/ restaurant and shops.
