Boletus

En otoño es época de setas, los montes y bosques españoles están llenos de infinidad de ellas, la mayoría son un manjar excelente, aunque hay que saber distinguirlas , pues algunas son tóxicas.
Ayer fui a buscar  a Jimena de la Frontera, había de varias clases, pero yo solo recogí de dos: la amanita cesarea  (la mas preciada de todas) y el boletus,  las cuales son muy apreciadas en la cocina española.
Si tenéis oportunidad aprovechar el otoño para dar una vuelta por el campo, se pasa un día estupendo.
