TREVELEZ (The Peoples of Alpujarra)
23 October 2008 @ 08:05

Trevelez is located southwest of the Mulhacen, at 1476 meters above sea level, with a gap between their neighborhoods of 200 meters falling on his side to its two rivers, "el chico" who is on the left and "el grande", on the right.

What has given greater fame Trevélez to have been their hams that, thanks to the unique climate of the area, they take a very special taste for a cure.

I spent 10 days in Trevelez 3 years ago, walking in the mountains and visiting the local villages, its a stunning place to spend a few days mixing relaxation with some decent/challenging walks, the views are stunning
