Wheel Chair Access
Saturday, December 15, 2012 @ 2:47 PM

After the fall during the fire and braking foot, heel, ankle I have been in a wheel chair for about 3 months, it has given me a whole new perspective on the problems faced by wheelchair bound people. If anyone is comeing to Spain and they are in a wheel chair please ensure you research the area you are staying in. Yes the law states that bars and restaurants must now have disabled toilets when they wish to apply for an opening license but the townhall seems to ignore the fact that the pavements outside these bars quiet often are not accessable to wheel chairs! La Canada is good, but central Marbella awful. I had to be pushed along the roads in Marbella as the pavements where impossible.

Do mums with pushchairs have the same problems?
