Hi, yes it was a quiet day, lol.
I will explain why, i came home from running daughter to school to find the fuse box smoking happily away to its self. This is the second time in the last 5 years I have had a trip switch try to catch fire. So rip to 3 different electrical stores to buy the correct trip switch but this time 40A not 30A.
The problem I have found is the boiler has been drawing too much power due to the amount of lime scale and crap around the elements. The apartment was new when we moved in and there seems to be a lot of dirt which has been washed into the boiler, this is also not helping the situation.
So that was my day!
