Tenants Association

 Hi, i was wondering if tenants on an urbanisation can for an association to fight for their rights, does this exist in Spain?

David. It might be worth while seeking professional advice before setting up an association (to ensure the association is properly incorporated). I cannot see where there would be an obstacle to setting up a tenants' association (Asociación de Arrendatarios e Inquilinos) as such does exist in some parts of Spain.

Perhaps also worth while to see if such associations exist under the umbrella of the Oficina del Consumidor
or check with FACUA
