There is no specific regulations for Canary Islands, just the general rules of the Urban rental Act.

Dear Maria
I have an apartment in Fuerteventura and have found it almost impossible to clarify whether or not it is legal to let my apartment which is in a mixed residential/holiday home block. I would be so grateful if you could you possibly tell me the position of owners wishing to let there homes on a holiday basis.
