 Regardless the euro stays or not.

I can see, these following four years will be of:

- Banks settling for amounts covered by General Bank Guarantees.

- Banks settling for liabilities as depositers of off plan amounts ( maybe some judicial definition is still necessary here)

- Good professionals bringing good priced, quality properties to these same claimers, now buyers again.

- Urbanised residential areas, now ghost cities, coming to life for Northern europeans.

I am seeing some of this already. Let´s dream and vision
