Applying for the non resident certificate

Where?

In Spain: At the Police Station or Foreigners Office corresponding to the spanish address.

In your own country: At the Consulate office or Embassy of Spain

The application form:

www.mir.es/SGACAVT/modelos/extranjeria/modelos_extranje/ex_13.pdf

Documents needed:

( 1 Hard copy and 1 photocopy of:

- Filled in application form
- Passport.

Is it possible to appoint a third party to apply for the non=resident cert on your behalf rather than having to go to Spain directly or to que in the Embassy?
