Legal tip 473. Spanish Judges pushing Congress for faster Justice
14 March 2011 @ 11:41

Top Judges in Spain: Supreme Court, General Council of Judicial Power, the President of the National Audience and 17 presidents of Regional High Courts have recently met for the " urgent" processing of two key reforms for Justice administration: judicial procedures speeding up and technological modernization.

Thank you for the update Maria.
A few questions however.
Does this mean that the necessary monies will be made available to support these reform measures to speed up procedures Maria, and is the intention to fast track outstanding cases?
Will this reform include timescale constraints to be put in place on judicial procedures? Will this effect existing cases or only new cases?
In other words is this going to make any difference to outstanding cases or not Maria? How exactly will it work and more importantly how quickly will it be introduced?
